Local Shipping (Singapore)

Tracked shipping service is charged at a flat rate of $3.00 SGD. All orders will be fulfilled by Singpost and delivered to the letter box within 1-3 working days once dispatched. Orders will be tracked with a tracking number.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the country, and will be shipped via Singpost, Singapore’s trusted and reliable postal service provider. A breakdown of shipping rates and delivery time can be found in the table below. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties at the destination, or any lost packages.

1. Basic shipping

Orders with Basic Shipping will not be tracked.

2. Registered Shipping 

Orders with Registered Shipping will be tracked with a tracking number once dispatched.

Free Shipping 

For all orders above $50 SGD, shipping will be free within Singapore. 

For all orders above $120 SGD, international shipping will be free.

All free shipping is shipped via Tracked/Registered Shipping service (see above section for details). 

 

Packing 

We will require 1-2 working days (or 3-5 working days for made-to-order products) to process and pack your order before dispatching it. Please note that deliveries during public holidays may require a longer processing time.
