Processing time
Ready-made items are packed and sent out within 1–2 working days. Personalised and made-to-order items, like our name keychains, are handmade by us in Singapore and ship within 3–5 working days. Public holidays and busy seasons may add a little extra time.
Singapore
- Tracked SingPost delivery to your letterbox: S$3, usually 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Free tracked delivery on orders over S$50
- Urgent priority delivery: S$20. Email us before ordering if you need it by a certain date.
International (via SingPost, Basic or Registered)
- Malaysia and Brunei: Basic from S$5.70, Registered from S$9.30, about 5–14 working days
- Asia and the Pacific (except Australia, Japan and New Zealand): Basic from S$12.50, Registered from S$16.10, about 4–18 working days
- Rest of the world, including Australia, Japan and New Zealand: Basic from S$17.50, Registered from S$21.10, about 4–24 working days
- Free registered shipping on international orders over S$120
Exact rates are shown at checkout. Basic post is untracked, while Tracked and Registered orders get a tracking number once dispatched. All free shipping goes by Tracked or Registered post.
Customs and duties
International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
Delivery times are estimates from SingPost and may vary. Untracked Basic post can't be traced, so we can't be responsible for parcels lost in the post. We recommend Registered shipping for international orders. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll help however we can.
